| Equipment & Supplies Le St. Germain will provide the equipment necessary to the catering function, such as glassware, silverware, dishware, linen, kitchen equipment and any miscellaneous items required at $10 per person, per event, from its own stock. All other rental prices will be submitted for approval in writing. Off hours and weekend rental equipment delivery & pickup will incur an extra charge. Staffing Minimum of 6 hours Function Coordinator (if needed): $35.00 per hour. Chef in Charge 25.00 per hour Assistant Chef 20.00 per hour Kitchen Helper 12.50 per hour Bartender 25.00 per hour Server 25.00 per hour Busser $20.00 per hour The size and type of the function will determine the amount of staff needed to provide the best service possible. General Information Guarantee: A Guarantee final count is due two business days in advance of your event. If no guarantee is received, client will be charged for the number of guests originally contracted for when the reservation was made or the number of guests in attendance; which ever is greater. Deposit: A 20% deposit will be required with your confirmed catering reservation. Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the function or the deposit will be forfeited. Payment: Payment of all services are to be made immediately after the function by a pre-arranged payment method, deposit will be deducted accordingly. Invoicing may be done only by the prior approval with Le St. Germain. Payment to companies providing outside services such as, rental equipment, ice, flowers, etc will be added to the final invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon. Tax: All prices shown are subject to applicable sales tax of 7.75%. All charges, including food, beverage, staffing and incidentals are subject to all prevailing taxes. Use of Host's Facilities: Le St. Germain endeavors to keep your facilities in clean condition and will remove all trash items accumulated during the event. For small functions and cocktail parties, use of the Host's kitchen may be required. Client Tableware: Le St. Germain is not responsible for the cleansing and washing of any Dishware, Flatware, Glassware, Linens and all pertaining items provided by client. Insurance: An insurance policy endorsement will be issued in the name of the owner of the property. The cost of $50 per endorsement will be added to your final invoice for your convenience. Release & Indemnity: Client agrees to release, discharge, defend, protect, save, indemnify and hold harmless Coordinator and Coordinator's successors, assigns, agents, employees contracts, representatives, officers, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, fines, damages, penalties, liabilities, claims, cost, obligations, actions, suits, expenses and disbursements, which arise from, relate to, result from, or are incurred with respect to this agreement. This also applies to any personal injury or property damage relating or incurred with respect thereto, except to the extent each injury or damage is caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of Coordinator.
